Over the years we have experienced the struggle that potential buyers/owners have faced in finding a trustworthy and honest technician, who can assist without any external influence.
In other scenarios, the lack of communication and understanding, produces a lack of motivation from the owner’s perspective, slowing down and sometimes even stopping their dream project. Not to mention the time consumed by the complicated bureaucratic regulations and local laws.
We make your journey easier
We are here to help you overcome these obstacles, encouraging the owner to participate in every step of the project whilst relieving the owner of the beaurocratic burden by taking on all inherent and tedious procedures. Thanks to our experience in the sector we can make the journey way more pleasant.
To help you understand better, here are the different phases of our job:
First Phase
Surveying is a preliminary activity, and very important, before the beginning of any type of new construction or renovation. In this phase, we will carry out a site check on the condition of the property. This gives us the opportunity to incorporate the owner’s ideas into the work to be done and to give our technical opinion
Second Phase
This phase is called “All the Ideas on Paper” (the owners ideas and our ideas as specialists) It covers our technical job of doing the PROJECT. (If required)
Third Phase
Draw up a quote. This itemised list of costs gives the client a clear picture of the work and the respective outlay entailed
Fourth Phase
After the approval of the project by the local council (if required) the work can start

In all our dealings with Sergio Morales and Property Management Abruzzo, we have been extremely pleased with the level of service and attention to detail. I’m sure my wife and I are smaller clients, only needing the monthly checking of our mailbox during the longer periods that we’re not at our modest Popoli apartment, paying bills on our behalf, and taking charge of various home improvement projects (e.g., awnings over the balcony, kitchen and bathroom remodels). But we nonetheless are always made to feel like important, big-deal clients! I’m not quite sure how Sergio does it; he must have a superb staff, and of course his own dedication is unmistakable. Bottom line: They take all the worry out of owning a place in another country.

Two years ago we were really happy to meet Sergio. During the renovation period of our house in Penne and the emigration from the Netherlands to Italy, we ran into the Italian bureaucracy. With the great help from Sergio it all became much easier. Nothing was too much for him: Sergio not only supported us enormously with all kinds of business matters (supervise the final phase of the renovation, paperwork with the bank and the townhall, contact the accountant, etc.), we will also never forget his mental support during a hospital visit. In April 2017 we opened our B & B Dolce Far Niente. Of course Sergio was there. He has become our friend and we can still always count on him! Sergio, you are a topper!

How can I start the paperwork for applying for residency? Can you follow with the bureaucratic process?
Certainly, we have over 15 years of experience assisting our clients in the procedure for obtaining residency, your nationality is not an issue, we are able to support you throughout the process in any case.
We live abroad and cannot follow any Bonus from the Municipality where our property is located. Can we, through you, stay updated on this?
If your municipality or property is a good candidate for a possible Bonus offered, we will inform you about it. Or, if you know of an interesting possibility or financial benefit that the government is offering, you can let us know and we will give you our opinion, as well as assist you in whole procedure.
We don't speak Italian; we would need a translator for dealing with the local bank.
We are there for any language barrier. We speak your language! So, feel free to ask us for assistance in simultaneous or consecutive translation, as well as translating documents. Our staff speaks 4 languages: Spanish, English, Russian and Italian. We consider good communication ESSENTIAL in all cases, whether it is the signing of a purchase/sale deed, a renovation or simply for visiting the local council or bank.
If I want to have a health insurance, can I rely on you or can you advise us on this matter?
We work in close contact with various insurance companies (ZURICH or ITAS), which will be happy to provide you with a health insurance quote (necessary for the residence application). Or, if you need insurance for your property, they will be able to advise you in the best possible way.
